The Nomad Fourplex is a fully designed project combining contemporary tropical architecture with functional living spaces. The exterior showcases a combination of natural stone cladding in soft beige tones, smooth plaster walls in warm white, and teak wood accents on balconies and sunshades. Large glass panels framed in matte black aluminum maximize natural light and create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Landscaping uses native plants to complement the tropical climate and enhance privacy.

Public Facilities
The lobby features polished concrete floors paired with vertical teak wood paneling for a welcoming, earthy feel. The cafeteria uses white subway tiles on the service counter, complemented by oak wood shelving and pendant lighting for a casual, warm ambiance. The spa incorporates natural rattan furniture, linen drapery, and soft ambient lighting to create a calming retreat, while the gym combines rubber flooring for performance with floor to ceiling mirrors for openness.

Unit Interiors
Each unit is designed with a neutral color palette of white, beige, and warm wood tones. Flooring on the ground level is matte ceramic tile in light grey, chosen for durability, while the upper level features engineered oak flooring for warmth. Built-in furniture, including kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, is crafted from laminated plywood in matte white with light oak woodgrain accents.

Kitchens feature white quartz countertops with integrated backsplashes, paired with stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are finished with large-format porcelain tiles in soft grey, wall-mounted vanities in oak finish, and black matte fixtures for a modern contrast.
