This two floors building is a full scope commission where I developed the architecture, colonial style facade, interior design, and 3D renderings for a modern yet timeless office building. The ground floor size is 390 sqm and the size of first floor is  285 sqm.

Architecture & Facade
The building adopts a colonial style with symmetrical proportions, arched windows framed in matte white, and ornamental cornices for character. The walls are finished in smooth warm white plaster, accented with dark grey trims to highlight the detailing. A grand double wooden door with glass inserts serves as the main entrance, while the structure’s proportions are balanced to convey both prestige and functionality.

Exterior Spaces
An outdoor seating area is integrated into the frontage, using timber decking and powder-coated black steel furniture, making it a pleasant spot for informal meetings and breaks.

Ground Floor Interior
The lobby features polished concrete flooring, light oak laminated plywood reception counters, and matte white cabinetry for a bright, welcoming first impression. Meeting rooms incorporate acoustic fabric wall panels and glass partitions in matte black frames to maintain openness while ensuring sound control. The pantry combines white solid surface countertops with a white subway tile backsplash, tying in with the colonial brightness.

Second Floor Interior
The workspace is furnished with oak-finish laminated desks, ergonomic charcoal grey chairs, and textured grey carpet tiles for acoustic comfort. Breakout spaces maintain the oak and white palette, with pendant lighting to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Lighting & Atmosphere
Recessed LED panels provide clear task lighting, pendant fixtures add warmth, and wall washers illuminate the colonial facade details. The result is a professional yet character-rich workplace that blends architectural heritage with modern efficiency.
