Sam Villa is a modern tropical residence designed and visualized from concept to final rendering, integrating both exterior and interior planning.

Exterior Architecture
The facade combines smooth plaster walls in warm white, natural limestone cladding for texture, and teak wood screens for shading and visual warmth. Large glass openings framed in matte black aluminum connect indoor spaces with the surrounding landscape. The pitched roof is finished with natural shingle tiles, blending harmoniously with the tropical setting.

Interior Design
The interior features an open plan living and dining area with engineered oak flooring, laminated plywood cabinetry in light oak woodgrain, and white solid surface countertops. The kitchen backsplash is finished with subway style ceramic tiles in satin white, keeping the look bright and clean.

Bedrooms incorporate custom built wardrobes in oak and matte white, with upholstered headboards in neutral fabrics for comfort. Bathrooms are fitted with large-format porcelain tiles in soft grey, stone basins, and black matte fixtures for a modern contrast.

Lighting & Atmosphere
Layered lighting combines recessed LED downlights for general brightness with warm pendant and accent fixtures to create mood and highlight textures.
