The IOCO project combines a stylish outdoor café and multi-level interior space, designed to create a modern, inviting atmosphere for customers.

Outdoor Café
The exterior seating area uses solid teak wood tables and powder-coated black metal chairs, offering durability against weather conditions. Flooring is finished with textured grey ceramic tiles, providing slip resistance and a neutral backdrop. A timber pergola with climbing greenery adds shade while enhancing the natural ambiance.

Ground Floor
The café counter is clad in white terrazzo with natural stone chips, paired with a light oak wood base and matte black metal framing for a contemporary look. The back wall features vertical wooden slats and open shelving for display. Seating combines laminated plywood banquettes upholstered in beige fabric with black metal café chairs.

First Floor
Upstairs dining areas maintain the same palette for cohesion, with laminated oak tables, white-painted walls, and warm pendant lighting over each table. Large windows framed in black aluminum allow natural light to fill the space, complemented by roller blinds for comfort.

Lighting & Atmosphere
Layered lighting combines recessed LEDs for brightness, pendant fixtures for ambiance, and wall sconces for accenting textures. The mix of wood, terrazzo, and metal elements creates a balance between warmth and industrial chic, making the space both welcoming and visually distinctive.
